Unconditional 100% Satisfaction

We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 90 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label to ship it back to us. However, while we do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free return shipping labels for orders outside the contiguous United States. Customers outside of the contiguous United States will have to cover any return shipping expenses.

Are you returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing a Ecopals Toys gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned. The gift certificate can then be used for a new purchase at your leisure!

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-626-244-8637 or email us at info@aqua-dog-917328.hostingersite.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it’s important that you contact us first before returning it.

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges

If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Ecopals Toys gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Ecopals Toys Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer’s end will be limited to a store credit. Personalized items are non-returnable.
