Ingredients:1/3 cupCoconut Oil1/2 cup Lakanto Suntella1/2 cupLakanto Sugar Free, Monkfruit Sweetened 55% Chocolate Bar, chopped1/3 cupLakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Hazelnuts, chopped (optional: toasted)
Instructions:Combine all ingredients, except hazelnuts, in saucepan. Melt over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Refrigerate up to 90 minutes until partially firm. Stir again. Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours). Form into 1″ balls. Press and roll balls into chopped hazelnuts to coat all sides. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
